陳X，男，26歲，因“車禍致右足疼痛、活動受限60天”入院

王X，男，42歲，因“車禍致右足踝部腫痛43天”入院

“反復扭傷致左踝足部疼痛反復發作20余年，畸形3年”入院
后足的內翻-----內側跖骨受力沿著足底腱膜外側張力導致第4、5跖骨基底部骨折，同時引起踝外側的韌帶損傷。
軟組織創傷后導致的肌肉攣縮，如骨筋膜室綜合征，脛后肌群攣縮，趾長伸肌、趾長屈肌功能失調而致爪形趾有關。
足月產順產，否認難產、缺氧、腦部外傷病史。4歲時被銳器刺傷右后足外側部。
前、中足腓側胼胝，前足內收、后足內翻、輕度旋后畸形，柔韌性，內收、跖屈、背伸肌力正常。外踝下方見一長約1cm疤痕，皮下未能觸及腓骨長短肌腱。
腓骨長短肌肉明顯萎縮，踝以下未見腓骨長短肌腱收縮活動。
牽拉前、中足內收、內翻、旋后畸形，日久肌肉攣縮，后足、前足出現代償性的內翻畸形。
