International Chinese famous tea tasting——The King of Purple Tea Cake

茶之緣起：

The origin of tea:

紫茶，是云南大葉種茶葉中的稀有品種，因其具有生茶釆于葉子呈紫紅色的茶樹，制成干茶成品呈墨綠色，沖泡后呈青綠色的神奇變化，故被普洱茶區的少數民族稱之為“三色茶”。陸羽《茶經》中有記載：“茶者，紫為上。”

The purple tea is a rare species of Yunnan big leaf species tea. Its leaves are purple, the tea is dark green, and becomes light green after boiling, so the national minority called the purple tea “three-color tea”.Lu Yu Tea has written, “The purple tea is the best tea.”

茶品餅面 FRONT

紫茶王精選云南大葉種曬青毛茶為原料，由云南景谷大富茶業精工揉制而成。紫茶王是今年第一次采收的古樹茶，樹齡有1400年。因其是第一次采收，所以樹堆肥沃，每塊餅茶的品質都是極好的。那棵古樹名為“紅梗樹”，連枝頭葉子都是紅色的，在陽光照射下顯現出來紫色，“紫茶”由此而來。

The King of Purple Tea was made from Yunnan big leaf species, by Yunnan Jing Gu tea factory. The tree is more than 1,400 years old, and it was first picked from old tea trees in this year. So the field is fertile, and every cake is the highest quality. That old tea tree named “red-stem tree”, the stems and leaves are all red, emerging purple in the sunlight, so called the purple tea.

The features of the King of Purple Tea Cake:

紫茶近似于原始野生茶，其湯色金黃，質厚重，香氣獨特，口感潤滑、飽滿，回甘持久，韻味悠長。早年在一般茶園，茶農對變異品種之茶無深刻認識，會誤將紫茶拔除。所以紫茶存世很少，而成片的紫茶茶園少之又少。此茶種產量少，樹齡千年的紫茶更是難得一見，又因其口感好，營養價值高，更突顯出它的彌足珍貴。

The purple tea is similar to the wild tea, the tea liquor is thick and rich, its color is golden yellow, the fragrance is special, and having a moderate ability for sweet aftertaste. In the earlier years, farmers without a profound of the variety of tea, plucked the purple tea by mistaken, so the purple tea is really rare and precious. It has a high nutritional value.

古茶樹根植較深，更利于吸收地下深層土壤的養分，并轉化為營養物質。不需要人工澆水施肥，所需水分及營養全部是靠樹根自身去完成，因此茶葉本身所含的礦物質相對較高，內含物質豐富，古樹茶葉也因此更加的耐泡，更具香氣，滋味醇厚，回甘生津。

The old tea tree is of high nutritious value, it doesn’t need to be watered and fertilized, so the leaves are full of minerals, its containing substances are rich. And its fragrance is more fragrant, astringent while making the mouth water.

紫茶內含有效成分十分豐富，特別是其黃酮類化合物和氨基酸含量遠遠高于其它云南大葉種茶。對于降血脂、降血壓、減肥、養胃護胃、抗動脈硬化、防癌抗癌等功效比一般普洱茶顯著得多，用紫茶制成的普洱茶其降血壓、降血脂、抗動脈硬化等保健功效更為顯著。

The purple tea’s containing substances are rich, especially the flavanoids and amino acids are more than the other Yunnan big leaf species.It is of great benefit to the health, and it is good for us to anti cancer, hypertension, stomach illness, and so on.

品茗：

Taste:

條索清晰，餅形周正，色澤墨綠，葉片壯碩，葉面革質感明顯。干茶嗅起來清香撲鼻，花果香清新，聞之使人精神一振。濕嗅香氣獨特高雅，花果蜜香濃郁，沁人心脾。深吸一口，香味悠長，身心愉悅。冷嗅，暗香飄渺，香高持久。葉底鮮活，色澤明潤油亮，葉子壯碩有彈性，舒展程度好。茶湯金黃清澈，通透明亮，始終保持如絲綢般順、滑、通透的品質。

The tea leaves are big and fat, the fragrance is between sweet flower and fruit. It makes me feel fresh and optimistic. The fragrance is elegant and charming-as if from an unknown, distant country. Upon smelling the fragrance one feels a sense of peace and joy. After the first cup one enters Trance. The tea liquor is pure and rich, its color is golden yellow, like a piece of silk.

入口滋味醇厚，香氣怡人，轉化出的甘性使得滿口生津，韻味久留于口腔、喉頭，韻味悠長，余韻明顯。使人感到身心舒暢，甜蜜之感頓生。紫茶王入口感覺豐富立體，水性活潑，獨特的香氣別具一格。細嘬一口，茶水緩緩流動滑入腹部，清甜溫暖，仿佛流入了心靈。感受茶湯的勃勃生機，輕松的心流暢自在，活出生命極致的流動。

The tea liquor is rich and fragrant, the sweetness taste lingers in the mouth without dissipating, and can drive out any unpleasant tastes. It clears the throat, leaving the body with no feeling of dryness or sickness. One feels a heart-warming sense of sweetness. The body is warm with a feeling of happiness.The joy that succeeds happiness is a light and pleasant feeling.
