邀請信 是應用文書信中的一種，是寫信者邀請對方參加某項活動（如旅游、參觀、進餐、看電影、聚會、看比賽、慶祝節日等）。主要寫清楚邀請對方做什么、涉及的具體時間和地點。另外，邀請信的對象一般是朋友、熟人，所以內容及格式上的要求都比較松，除寫明邀請的目的、活動性質、活動的內容、時間、地點及注意事項等，還要表達希望對方能夠參加。 邀請信的正文一般分為三段：第一段開門見山，表明寫信目的——發出邀請；第二段為主體部分，一般寫邀請對方參加活動的內容、時間和地點以及與該活動有關的注意事項；第三段表示期待對方接受邀請，并表示感謝。 寫作時要注意 (1) 恰當選用時態。涉及為邀請所做的準備時可用一般現在時、現在進行時或現在完成時；表述將要參加的活動時可用一般將來時；在表達祝愿或希望對方接受邀請時用一般將來時； (2) 語氣要恰當。邀請信的整體語氣應當誠懇、熱情，要表達出自己的誠意，要讓對方感覺想參加，即便因特殊原因不能參加，也不至于覺得難堪； (3) 要注意措辭。一般說來，如果跟邀請對象很熟悉，甚至是好朋友，那么措辭可以隨便一點，語氣也不用那么正式；如寫給長輩、上級、名人等，遣詞造句則應正式、禮貌； (4) 回信日期。根據情況，有時需設定要求對方回信的日期，以免耽誤活動； (5) 邀請信的開頭和結尾有一些慣用語，可以借用；在邀請信件中不要使用縮寫和簡寫（名字前稱呼除外）；避免出現中國式的英語句式。 【寫作任務】 (2016全國II卷) 假定你是李華，你校攝影俱樂部(photography club)將舉辦國際中學生攝影展。請給你的英國朋友Peter寫封信，請他提供作品。信的內容包括： 1. 主題：環境保護； 2. 展覽時間； 3. 投稿郵箱：intlphotoshow@gmschool.com。 注意： 1. 詞數100左右； 2. 可以適當增加細節，以使行文連貫。 【審題】 該書面表達任務是寫一封邀請信，屬于應用文范疇；人稱以第一人稱和第二人稱為主；時態以一般現在時和一般將來時為主。 【謀篇布局】 第一步——確定短文結構 根據英文邀請信的結構和內容要點提示，正文可以分為兩段：第一段簡要介紹國際中學生攝影展，并發出邀請；第二段表示期盼 得到回復。 第二步——確定寫作要點和寫作順序 高分策略：本題屬于半開放式作文，故行文時根據要求適當添加信息，但是不要添加過多，添加的細節要符合學生的生活實際和認知水平；語氣要誠懇，用語要禮貌，注意句與句之間和段落之間的銜接要自然。 1. 我校攝影俱樂部將舉辦國際中學生攝影展，展覽的主題是環境保護。 參考句型： ◆ Our school photography club is going to hold an International High School Student Photography Show.
