【原】預測模型第4篇 | 臨床預測模型開發checklist詳解

前文我們已經對TRIPOD聲明的內容即背景進行了介紹預測模型第3篇|你的預測模型文章報告是規范的嗎？，本文對TRIPOD checklist-開發預測模型進行詳細解讀。

要發表高質量的臨床預測模型研究，應該參考真正規范的報告模型，我們根據這一的一個checklist來幫助我們查缺補漏。絕知此事要躬行，這里白介素2整理閱讀了來自 TRIPOD checklist文件，全文如下，如有不當之處，請諸位斧正。

標題-Title

1. Identify the study as developing and/or validating a multivariable prediction model, the target population, and the outcome to be predicted.

• 文章標題應該指出是開發一個多因素預測模型

• 指出目標人群

• 指出預測的結局

摘要-Abstrat

2. Provide a summary of objectives, study design, setting, participants, sample size, predictors, outcome, statistical analysis, results, and conclusions.

文章的摘要部分應該概括 目的，研究設計，納入人群，樣本量，預測因素，預測結局，統計分析，結果，文章結論 。一個好的摘要通常是簡明扼要的，但又不缺失這些信息，在臨床預測模型文章準備過程中應該按照這些核心元素去撰寫。

前言-Introduction

3a. Explain the medical context (including whether diagnostic or prognostic) and rationale for developing or validating the multivariable prediction model, including references to existing models.

• 介紹醫學背景，是診斷模型還是預后模型以及開發或驗證多因素模型的理論基礎，同時也應該說明該具體問題之前的其它預測模型的研究情況，是否已有前人研究，效果如何。

3b. Specify the objectives, including whether the study describes the development or validation of the model or both.

• 明確點明目的，說明是 開發還是 驗證預測模型

數據來源-Source of data

4a. Describe the study design or source of data (e.g., randomized trial, cohort, or registry data), separately for the development and validation data sets, if applicable

• 描述 研究設計和 數據來源，分別描述開發集和驗證集的數據來源是隨機試驗，隊列，還是登記數據。

4b. Specify the key study dates, including start of accrual; end of accrual; and, if applicable, end of follow-up.

• 描述研究的關鍵日期

5a. Specify key elements of the study setting (e.g., primary care, secondary care, general population) including number and location of centres.

5b. Describe eligibility criteria for participants.

5c. Give details of treatments received, if relevant.

結局-Outcome

6a. Clearly define the outcome that is predicted by the prediction model, including how and when assessed.

6b. Report any actions to blind assessment of the outcome to be predicted.

• 明確定義預測模型預測的結局，應該指出是如何和何時進行評估的。

• 報告預測結局的盲法，如果有的話

預測因素-Predictors

7a. Clearly define all predictors used in developing or validating the multivariable prediction model, including how and when they were measured.

7b. Report any actions to blind assessment of predictors for the outcome and other predictors.

• 清楚的報告用以開發或者驗證預測模型的預測因素，包括它們是何時以及如何測定的

9. Describe how missing data were handled (e.g., complete-case analysis, single imputation, multiple imputation) with details of any imputation method.

10a. Describe how predictors were handled in the analyses.

10b. Specify type of model, all model-building procedures (including any predictor selection), and method for internal validation.

10d. Specify all measures used to assess model performance and, if relevant, to compare multiple models.

• 描述 預測因素（變量）在分析中是如何處理的

• 指出模型的類型，完整的模型構建步驟（包括變量選擇），以及內部驗證的方法

• 指出用以評估模型表現的方法，如果相關的話，比較多個模型的表現

11. Provide details on how risk groups were created, if done.

13a. Describe the flow of participants through the study, including the number of participants with and without the outcome and, if applicable, a summary of the follow-up time. A diagram may be helpful.

13b. Describe the characteristics of the participants (basic demographics, clinical features, available predictors), including the number of participants with missing data for predictors and outcome.

14a. Specify the number of participants and outcome events in each analysis

19b. Give an overall interpretation of the results, considering objectives, limitations, and results from similar studies, and other relevant evidence.

20. Discuss the potential clinical use of the model and implications for future research.
