【原】SCI如何回答審稿人意見？附萬能模板！

之前一個(gè)學(xué)員說過這樣一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)，“發(fā)SCI是學(xué)術(shù)提升最大的助力。”理由有二：

在學(xué)術(shù)界，SCI已經(jīng)成為高階的代名詞。文章能夠被SCI收錄不但是博士畢業(yè)，副高正高晉級(jí)的硬指標(biāo)，也是各大醫(yī)院支持的重點(diǎn)；

給SCI投稿，基本上是“篇篇必有回響”。這一點(diǎn)和國內(nèi)期刊投稿有很大不同，只要有來稿，編輯總會(huì)返回審稿意見。不管是返修還是退稿，只要我們按照編輯的意見深入琢磨，都能獲得學(xué)術(shù)能力的提升。

觀點(diǎn)正確與否暫且不議，但是發(fā)SCI必定會(huì)面對(duì)給審稿人回復(fù)的難題。那么，我們應(yīng)該如何有技巧地去答復(fù)審稿人呢？

|| 把握好回復(fù)時(shí)間

通常情況下，雜志社會(huì)給作者3個(gè)月的時(shí)間進(jìn)行修改。有的作者處理比較快的，大概一周內(nèi)就能修改完畢并完成返修稿上傳工作。有的文章修改會(huì)涉及到實(shí)驗(yàn)的修復(fù)，時(shí)間可能會(huì)久一點(diǎn)。

我們應(yīng)該盡量在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成返修工作。拖得時(shí)間越長，編輯對(duì)文章的印象越模糊，甚至你返修后，編輯還會(huì)有新的意見。但是也不要太快，不然編輯可能會(huì)覺得作者修改的不仔細(xì)。綜合考慮下來，返修的時(shí)間可以放到半個(gè)月內(nèi)完成。

|| 掌握意見回復(fù)格式

一般Response由兩部分組成：“感謝編輯的工作+具體的回復(fù)內(nèi)容”。

編輯給我們審稿，我們應(yīng)該用謙遜、委婉的語言給編輯傳遞一種感謝的訊號(hào)，潛在的可以幫我們提高文章的印象分。

另外，我們?cè)趯懛敌薮饛?fù)的時(shí)候一定要逐條回答（point-by-point response to reviewers），不要持有敷衍的態(tài)度。這些都是有套路有模板的。
