1.昨晚總算睡得還不錯。我想應該有三方面的原因：一是我昨晚睡在了小床上，風扇懟著我的臉吹，而且我手里還抱著一瓶冰塊；二是昨晚我把小床直接擺在了門口，而晚上根本就沒有關門，這樣就能吹一點自然風；三是據說明天要下雨，氣溫稍微有點下降；于是我昨晚終于能睡了個稍微好點的一覺。
2. 早上起床后先給小雞小鴨們弄完吃的。隨后我們就把那只養了兩三年的非常胖的老母雞，抓起來帶到街上準備弄去賣了。畢竟昨天就熱死了一只和這家伙差不多大的老母雞。這些老母雞實在太老了，太胖了，幾乎走不動路，平時也不怎么下蛋了，還老賴抱(想孵小雞)。只是沒想到這只老母雞居然沒人要，沒辦法我們又把他給帶回來了。
3. 上午我騎著自行車去街上取了個快遞，來回跑了大約10公里，好長時間沒有這么大的運動量了，偶爾這樣運動一下，感覺還挺爽。
4. 取回快遞，叫來堂哥幫忙給老爸的三輪車電瓶加電解液。中午弄了一桌菜我們一起吃了頓飯。
5. 今天中午反倒沒那么熱，至少我還睡了一會兒。下午去河里游了會兒泳，洗了個澡，感覺特別爽。
6. 晚上又做了一鍋地鍋飯，我們吃的很開心。
英文版： 1. I finally had a decent sleep last night. I think there are three reasons: First, I slept on the small bed last night, with the fan blowing directly at my face, and I was holding a bottle of ice in my hand. Second, I placed the small bed right at the door last night and didn't close the door at all, so I could get some natural wind. Third, it is said that it will rain tomorrow and the temperature has dropped slightly. So, I finally had a slightly better sleep last night.
2. After getting up in the morning, I prepared food for the chicks and ducklings first. Then we caught that very fat old hen which we had raised for two or three years and took it to the street to sell. After all, an old hen about the same size as this one died of heat yesterday. These old hens are too old and too fat. They can hardly walk, don't lay eggs very often, and always want to brood (hatch chicks). But unexpectedly, no one wanted this old hen. So we had to bring it back.
3. I rode my bicycle to the street to pick up a courier in the morning. I ran about 10 kilometers back and forth. I haven't had such a large amount of exercise for a long time. Occasionally exercising like this feels quite refreshing.
4. After retrieving the courier, I called my cousin to help add electrolyte to my dad's tricycle battery. At noon, we made a table of dishes and had a meal together.
5. It wasn't that hot at noon today. At least I slept for a while. In the afternoon, I swam in the river for a while and took a bath. It felt particularly refreshing.
6. We made a pot of stove-cooked meal in the evening and we ate happily.
