 Joongho Choi Studio團隊主持設計了位于首爾金融區中心高層住宅樓內的一處161平方米空間。業主史蒂文（Steven）常年活躍于多元文化環境，住宅的各個角落均體現出多重的文化身份與審美特征。空間采用模糊邊界的設計手法，令日常起居可體驗到豐富多變的場景氛圍。 Joongho Choi Studio was responsible for the design of this 161-square-meter space located in one of the high-rise residential buildings in the heart of Seoul's financial district. The owner, Steven, is actively engaged in multicultural environments, and every corner of the home reflects multiple cultural identities and aesthetic sensibilities. The space employs a blurred-boundary design approach, allowing daily life to unfold within rich and varied atmospheric settings.  客廳不僅通過大膽的用色、元素與造型陳設彰顯主人品味，還借助對不同時代及文化背景家具的精心策展，呈現獨特質感。藍色儲物結構包裹原有柱體，在滿足功能需求的同時，也成為空間的視覺標識。 The living area showcases the owner’s taste not only through bold uses of color, elements, and sculptural furnishings but also through carefully curated furniture from different eras and cultural backgrounds. After partial wall removal, sightlines from the entrance have been expanded, allowing the kitchen area to enjoy an abundance of natural light. The design incorporates modular metal units that allow flexible expansion of storage space as the collection grows. The exercise rack is designed for practicality and supports movements such as pull-ups. 運動架模型圖 Sports rack model diagram ?Joongho Choi Studio 衣帽間墻體經拆除后，既增強了從入口及健身區進入的便利性，也提升了空間流動性。家具采用藍色飾面與原色樺木膠合板搭配，呈現和諧統一感。以自動卷簾門替代傳統柜門，日常可保持開啟狀態。 Removing walls in the walk-in closet enhances accessibility from both the entrance and fitness area, improving overall flow. The furniture combines blue finishes with raw birch plywood for a cohesive look. From the tub, occupants can enjoy views of the Seoul skyline and the sky; a screen is also installed for media viewing.
