【英語習語】 get off on the wrong foot

顧名思義，get off 有“動身”、“起步”的意思，on the wrong foot 有“用錯了
腳”，因此 get off on the wrong foot 的基本意思是“一開始就錯了”，常引申出
“一開始就不順利”、“一開始就犯錯”、“一開始給人不好的印象”、“一開始就
把事弄糟了”等意思。英文注釋是：If you get off on the wrong foot, you start
something poorly, or begin with a mistake.
