Everything has a cause. 如果我們不熱愛自己的祖國，就不配談什么愛人類。 If we do not love our own country, we are not qualified to talk about loving humanity. 和平是最正義的事業(yè)，和平比戰(zhàn)爭更困難、更復雜，但是和平是最值得追求的。 Peace is the most just cause. It is more difficult and complex than war, but peace is worth pursuing. 做一個有益于人民的人，這是我一生的不懈的追求。 To be useful to the people is my lifelong pursuit. 學習是人類區(qū)別于動物的一個顯著標志，沒有學習就不可能有進步，只有不斷地學習，我們才能更好地完成自己的工作，更好地為人民服務。 Learning is a remarkable sign that distinguish human beings from animals. Without learning, there can be no progress. Only by constantly learning can we better complete our work and better serve the people. 死我并不怕，我也是77歲的人了，也算得上是高壽了，可是二十幾年的時間，應該把國家建設的好點，人民的生活多改善一些，去馬克思那里報到，也感到安心 I am not afraid of death.
