    設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明

    ?餐廳前身為一個(gè)老電影院,Vie Studio將這個(gè)兩層的空間改造成為一個(gè)特別定制的日本居酒屋,營(yíng)造出既具現(xiàn)代感又不失傳統(tǒng)特色的用餐體驗(yàn)。Wagaya日本餐廳第一家門店始于澳大利亞悉尼,接著拓展到一千公里外的布里斯班市,現(xiàn)在坐落在墨爾本的這家旗艦店,也是迄今為止該品牌中最大的門店。

    ?Housedin what used to be an old cinema, Vie Studio has transform this double volumespace into a bespoke Japanese Izakaya Restaurant, offering diners a modern yetauthentic dining experience. Wagaya Japanese Restaurant, originated fromSydney, has expanded across the nation to Brisbane and now alighted inMelbourne, being the largest outlet of their chain restaurants to date.

    ?此時(shí)的老電影院依然保留著舊時(shí)的外貌,而內(nèi)部早已煥然一新。在一排排座椅對(duì)著的電影熒幕上方,與觀眾直面相對(duì)的是裸露著的筆直混凝土澆筑墻面,仔細(xì)觀察還可以發(fā)現(xiàn)昔日水泥板拼接的痕跡。半圓的天花板支撐著熒幕框架,設(shè)計(jì)師也將此獨(dú)具韻味的設(shè)計(jì)保留以致敬原作。舊時(shí)電影院的空間相對(duì)陰暗和寒冷,Vie將混合著生命力和活力的理念帶入設(shè)計(jì)中,令客人在這樣封閉的空間里可以體驗(yàn)到四季如春的用餐環(huán)境,餐廳內(nèi)的櫻花樹正是春天的標(biāo)志。此外,由植物圖案分割出獨(dú)立的餐位,而每個(gè)卡拉OK房間內(nèi)也都有定制的植物圖案馬賽克墻,吧臺(tái)區(qū)域還有手工制作的墻面浮雕樹枝,整個(gè)餐廳充滿了濃濃的春意和蓬勃的生命力。

    ?Theold cinema was stripped down to its bare shell to accommodate new services tothe new restaurant. What lies beneath the decked seats and beyond the cinemascreen is a full height structural concrete wall with exposed masses, whichcould be vestiges from yesteryears. The semi circle ceiling alcove, originallyframing the big screen, was retained as a sympathetic approach to pay homage toits original use. Given such a cold and dark space, Vie’s design concept veeredtowards incorporating life and vitality, using perpetual spring blossoms andalfresco dining within the enclosed environment. Traces of spring areidentified by the sakura trees, floral lasercut motifs partitioning each diningbooth, custom hand-made floral mosaic wall in each karaoke room, andhand-crafted mosaic walls embossed with tree branches at the bar area.

    ?餐廳僅有一個(gè)電梯和一扇門可以通往戶外陽(yáng)臺(tái),構(gòu)成了用餐區(qū)域空間內(nèi)的唯一光源。在這個(gè)封閉的大空間內(nèi),燈光的設(shè)計(jì)與自然光線的混合運(yùn)用是這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)師最大的挑戰(zhàn)。考慮到樓層高度達(dá)13米,燈飾的設(shè)計(jì)與安裝也頗具難度,設(shè)計(jì)師沒(méi)有選擇在天花板上安裝照明而是巧妙地在混凝土墻面上,安裝了極具設(shè)計(jì)感的燈飾,以此更加突出櫻花及其他植物的效果。

    ?Thistucked-away space is accessible only via a lift and a door opening to thealfresco terrace, which forms the lone source of daylight filling the entirespace. Lighting design was one of the major challenges within this whollyenclosed space with solitary natural light source. Considerations included thetechnical difficulty of installing light fittings over this 13m high void andservicing it in the future. The design team responded to the task by installinga light feature over the exposed wash-effect concrete wall to furtherproliferate the floral perspective.

    ?考慮到13米高的層高,Vie又在中間增加了樓梯和夾層,使整個(gè)餐廳可使用的實(shí)際面積擴(kuò)大至900平方米。設(shè)計(jì)師利用錯(cuò)層切換的模式,在裝飾墻面和柱子間構(gòu)建了一個(gè)10米X10米的跨層小空間,兩層的用餐區(qū)自然地融為一體。特色的墻面射出燈光,照亮兩個(gè)用餐區(qū)域,使得上下兩層用餐客戶都有著愉悅的體驗(yàn)。

    ?Withsuch high ceiling, a mezzanine level accessible by an interior stairway wasconstructed, expanding the total floor area to 900 square metre. A 10m x 10mvoid was cut out between the 2 structural columns that pose as a portal framefor the feature wall. The void establishes a relationship between the lower andupper dining areas. Diners on both levels are exposed to the double volume voidwhile the lustrous feature wall illuminates the entire space.

    ?Vie的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)還用不同的區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)為給顧客提供多元化的用餐感受:簡(jiǎn)約風(fēng)格的用餐區(qū),特色溫馨的卡座,私密的用餐環(huán)境,露天用餐的選擇以及私人卡拉OK房間。結(jié)合新時(shí)代技術(shù)和日本傳統(tǒng)料理文化,每個(gè)餐位都設(shè)有觸摸屏菜單系統(tǒng)。

    ?Vie’screative team offered various seating conceptions to cater for differentcategory of guests. Ranging from dining booths, casual tables to semi-privaterooms for group diners, alfresco dining and private karaoke rooms. Each boothor room is fitted with touch-screen menu system, incorporating new agetechnology with authentic Japanese cuisine and stunning design.

    設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明

    ?此居酒屋的改造項(xiàng)目在東京銀座受到人們的喜愛(ài)和吹捧。從客戶的角度來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)居酒屋的要求非常簡(jiǎn)單,“居酒屋是一個(gè)有趣和令人興奮的地方。”我們認(rèn)為,如果綜合izakaya傳統(tǒng)陰涼的外觀和居酒屋的熱鬧氣氛進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),會(huì)給這個(gè)空間一種莫名的不協(xié)調(diào)。

    ?We thought that if we could combine thefamiliar bustling atmosphere of a street style izakaya with the traditionallycool & collected appearance of a Ginza establishment, it would lend theizakaya a strange sense of dissonance—in a good way.


    ?此外,除了居酒屋平日的客戶,還需要的就是吸引海外游客,所以居酒屋概念以某種特定方式傳達(dá)給每一個(gè)客戶,這個(gè)步驟是非常重要的。

    ?Furthermore, in addition to the izakaya usualclientele, we also needed to focus on attracting overseas tourists, so it wasimportant that our concept could come across in some way to every customer.

    ?客戶通過(guò)襯紙燈籠走到樓梯的正對(duì)面,此后,一個(gè)個(gè)紙燈籠和Hakata藝術(shù)家繪制的圖形映入眼簾。下樓梯,客戶進(jìn)入就餐區(qū),分為兩大主區(qū)域,柜臺(tái)和展示區(qū)域,特別適合開(kāi)展派對(duì)和宴會(huì)。

    ?Customers pass through a glass entrance linedwith paper lanterns to a stairwell directly opposite, beyond, they are greetedby a chandelier composed of paper lanterns and a graphic of the Hakata festivalby artist. Upon descending the staircase, customers enter the dining area,which is divided into two major blocks, the counter area, dominated by acharcoal grill and an ingredient display, and a bustling public area suitablefor parties and banquets.

    ?As customers proceed through themaisonette-like space, it creates a sense of excitement—like a story isunfolding. At the main counter area, we tried to keep decorations to a minimumto put the spotlight on the sake and food and create a calming environment.

    ?The public area beyond is framed on both sidesby a series of screens emblazoned with menu items; the graphic of the festivalthat dominates the back wall lends a sense of dynamism to the space.

    ?這項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)在許多方面,以獨(dú)特的理念,給國(guó)內(nèi)以及海外游客留下美好的日本文化回憶。

    ?Designedto be representative of Hakata in many ways, we hope our concept for this spaceenergizes guests and leaves tourists from at home and abroad with happymemories of Japanese culture.
