老年股骨頸骨折患者的并發癥預防及其護理措施探討

[摘要]目的分析老年股骨頸骨折患者的并發癥預防及其護理措施.方法研究對象

為15例老年股骨頸骨折患者,單純性骨牽引治療的9

例,手術治療的6例.結果合并肺感染2例,排尿困難合并泌尿系感染2例,并發褥瘡

1例,畸形愈合1例,骨折愈合延緩2例,肌肉萎縮,關節僵硬

2例.結論老年股骨頸骨折患者的并發癥類型較多,在護理中應采用預防性護理措

施,確保治療效果.
